Comprehensive settings management for profiles, users, integrations, audit, and billing.

Accessing Settings

Click avatar (top-right) > "Settings"

Settings Tabs

Profile

Personal information:

  • Full name, job title, department

  • Email (view only)

  • Phone number (optional)

Notification preferences:

  • Email notifications (on/off)

  • In-app notifications (on/off)

  • Specific notification types

Password: Change via "Change Password" button

Users

Owner/Admin only

  • View all organisation users

  • Invite new users

  • Edit user roles

  • Deactivate/activate users

  • Delete users (Owner only)

  • View permission matrix

Integrations

Available integrations:

Google Drive:

  • Connection status

  • Sync settings

  • Folder selection

  • Disconnect option

Slack:

  • Connection status

  • Channel selection

  • Notification settings

  • Disconnect option

Chrome Extension:

  • Installation status

  • Configuration

  • Permission management

Audit Logs

Owner/Admin only

View all platform activity:

  • User actions (login, logout, edits)

  • Document operations (upload, delete)

  • Playbook changes (create, edit, publish)

  • Guardrail triggers

  • Admin actions

Filters:

  • Date range

  • Action type

  • Resource type

  • Specific user

  • Search text

Export: Download CSV for compliance/analysis

Billing

Owner/Admin view, Owner edit

  • Current plan and pricing

  • Usage metrics (users, storage, AI queries)

  • Billing history

  • Payment method

  • Upgrade/downgrade options

Language

  • Select interface language

  • Changes take effect immediately

  • Available languages: English, [others if supported]
